FRIDAY KHUTBAH IN ARABIC
اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الأَكْرَمُ
أقولُ
قولِي هذَا وأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ لِي ولكُمْ، فاستغفِرُوهُ إنَّهُ هوَ الغفورُ
الرحيمُ.
الخطبةُ الثانيةُ
الحَمْدُ
للهِ رب العالمين، وأَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلهَ إِلاَّ اللهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ
لَهُ، وأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ سيدَنَا مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُ اللهِ وَرَسُولُهُ، اللَّهُمَّ
صلِّ وسلِّمْ وبارِكْ علَى سيدِنَا محمدٍ وعلَى آلِهِ وصحبِهِ أجمعينَ، ومَنْ
تَبِعَهُمْ بإحسانٍ إلَى يومِ الدِّينِ .
أمَّا بعدُ: فاتقُوا اللهَ عبادَ اللهِ حقَّ التقوَى، واعلمُوا أنَّ
الأُممَ ترقَى بالقراءةِ والعِلْمِ، وأنَّ الحياةَ بلاَ قراءةٍ وتعلُّمٍ لاَ قيمةَ
لَهَا، ولذَا أقسَمَ اللهُ تعالَى بأدواتِ القراءةِ والكتابةِ كالقلمِ
الذِي يُكتبُ بهِ أنواعُ العلومِ، ويُسْطَرُ بهِ المنثورُ والمنظومُ، فقالَ جلَّ وعلاَ:]
ن وَالْقَلَمِ وَمَا
يَسْطُرُونَ[([15])
مُنَوِّهاً بقيمةِ الكتابةِ مُعظِّماً لشأنِهَا. وقَدْ شيَّدَتْ دولتُنَا الرشيدةُ المدارسَ والجامعاتِ،
وأسَّسَتِ المجامعَ العلميةَ والمكتباتِ، ووفَّرَتْ أسبابَ القراءةِ بإقامةِ معارضِ
الكتابِ فِي كُلِّ عامٍ، فلْيَكُنْ كُلٌّ منَّا سَمِيرَ كتابٍ لِنُسهِمَ فِي بناءِ
وطنِنَا العزيزِ.
عبادَ اللهِ: إنَّ اللهَ أمرَكُمْ بِأَمْرٍ بَدَأَ فيهِ بنفْسِهِ
وَثَنَّى فيهِ بملائكَتِهِ فقَالَ تَعَالَى:]إِنَّ اللَّهَ
وَمَلائِكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى النَّبِيِّ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
صَلُّوا عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيمًا[([16]) وقالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ r:« مَنْ صَلَّى
عَلَيَّ صَلاَةً صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ بِهَا عَشْراً»([17])
اللَّهُمَّ صلِّ وسلِّمْ
وبارِكْ علَى سيدِنَا ونبيِّنَا مُحَمَّدٍ وعلَى آلِهِ وصحبِهِ أجمعينَ، وَارْضَ اللَّهُمَّ عَنِ الْخُلَفَاءِ الرَّاشِدِينَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ
وَعُثْمَانَ وَعَلِيٍّ وعَنْ سائرِ الصحابِةِ الأكرمينَ، وعَنِ التابعينَ ومَنْ
تبعَهُمْ بإحسانٍ إلَى يومِ الدينِ.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّا نَسْأَلُكَ عِلْمًا نَافِعًا،
وقَلْبًا خاشعاً، وَلِسَانًا ذَاكِرًا، ورِزْقًا
طَيِّبًا واسعاً، وَعَمَلاً صالحاً مُتَقَبَّلاً، وعافيةً
فِي البدنِ، وبركةً فِي العمرِ والذريةِ، اللَّهُمَّ علِّمْنَا مَا ينفَعُنَا، وانفَعْنَا بِمَا
علَّمْتَنَا، وزِدْنَا علماً، اللَّهُمَّ آتِ نفوسَنَا تقوَاهَا، وزَكِّهَا أَنْتَ
خيرُ مَنْ زكَّاهَا، أنتَ وَلِيُّهَا ومولاَهَا، وأَحْسِنْ عاقبتَنَا فِي الأُمورِ
كُلِّهَا، اللَّهُمَّ أصْلِحْ لَنِا نياتِنَا، وبارِكْ لَنَا فِي أَزْوَاجِنَا وَذُرِّيَّاتِنَا
وَاجْعَلْهم قُرَّةَ أَعْيُنٍ لنَا، واجعَلِ التوفيقَ حليفَنَا، وارفَعْ لنَا
درجاتِنَا، وزِدْ فِي حسناتِنَا، وكَفِّرْ عنَّا سيئاتِنَا، وتوَفَّنَا معَ
الأبرارِ، اللَّهُمَّ
لاَ تَدَعْ لَنَا ذَنْبًا إِلاَّ غَفَرْتَهُ، وَلاَ هَمًّا إِلاَّ فَرَّجْتَهُ، ولاَ
دَيْنًا إلاَّ قضيْتَهُ، وَلاَ مريضًا إلاَّ شفيْتَهُ، وَلاَ حَاجَةً إِلاَّ قَضَيْتَهَا
ويسَّرْتَهَا يَا ربَّ العالمينَ، رَبَّنَا آتِنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الآخِرَةِ
حَسَنَةً وَقِنَا عَذَابَ النَّارِ.
اللَّهُمَّ وَفِّقْ وَلِيَّ أَمْرِنَا رَئِيسَ الدولةِ، الشَّيْخ خليفة وَنَائِبَهُ لِمَا
تُحِبُّهُ وَتَرْضَاهُ، وَأَيِّدْ إِخْوَانَهُ حُكَّامَ الإِمَارَاتِ وَوَلِيَّ عَهْدِهِ
الأَمِينَ.
اللَّهُمَّ اغفِرْ للمسلمينَ والمسلماتِ الأحياءِ منهُمْ والأمواتِ، اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمِ الشَّيْخ زَايِد، والشَّيْخ مَكْتُوم، وإخوانَهُمَا شيوخَ
الإماراتِ الذينَ انتقلُوا إلَى رحمتِكَ، اللَّهُمَّ اشْمَلْ بعفوِكَ وغفرانِكَ ورحمتِكَ آباءَنَا وأمهاتِنَا
وجميعَ أرحامِنَا ومَنْ كانَ لهُ فضلٌ علينَا.
اللَّهُمَّ أَدِمْ عَلَى دولةِ الإماراتِ الأَمْنَ والأَمَانَ وَعلَى سَائِرِ بِلاَدِ
الْمُسْلِمِينَ.
اذْكُرُوا اللَّهَ الْعَظِيمَ
يَذْكُرْكُمْ، وَاشكرُوهُ علَى نِعَمِهِ يَزِدْكُمْ ]وَأَقِمِ الصَّلاةَ إِنَّ الصَّلاةَ تَنْهَى
عَنِ الفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنكَرِ وَلَذِكْرُ اللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مَا تَصْنَعُونَ[(

بھائیو ! میں اپنے نفس کو اور آپ حضرات کو
اللہ تعالی سے ڈرنے کی وصیت کرتا ھوں
ارشاد خداوندی ھے :] وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ اللَّهُ وَاللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيْءٍ
عَلِيمٌ[ ترجمہ / اور ڈرتے رھو اللہ سے اور اللہ تم کو سکھاتا ھے اور اللہ
ھرایک چیز کو جانتا ھے ) اللہ تعالی نے اپنے کرم سے ھمیں دنیا میں پیدا فرمایا ھے
اور ھمیں شماراور حساب کیساتھـ محدود عمر
مرحمت فرمائی اور عمر جتنی بھی دراز ھو کم اور ختم ھونیوالی ھے ، اسی لئے
قرآن کریم نے ھمیں عمل خیر کرکے اوقات سے فائدہ اٹھانے کی ترغیب دی ھے جس سے ھم کو
اور وطن کو نفع ملتا رھے گا ، ان اچھے اعمال میں سے ایک قراء ت یعنی پڑھائی ھے جو بہترین غنیمت ھے اور اس میں
اپنے اوقات کو صرف کرنا چاھئے ، پڑھائی کی اھمیت کیلئے اللہ جل شانہ نے سب سے پہلے
اسی کا حکم نازل فرمایا ھے :] اقْرَأْ بِاسْمِ رَبِّكَ الَّذِي خَلَقَ* خَلَقَ
الإِنسَانَ مِنْ عَلَقٍ* اقْرَأْ وَرَبُّكَ الأَكْرَمُ* الَّذِي عَلَّمَ
بِالْقَلَمِ* عَلَّمَ الإِنسَانَ مَا لَمْ يَعْلَمْ[ العلق : 1- 5. ترجمہ / پڑھو اپنے
رب کے نام سے جو سب کا بنانے والا ھے ، بنایا آدمی کو جمے ھوئے لہو سے ، پڑھ اور
تیرا رب بڑا کریم ھے جس نے علم سکھایا ، قلم سے سکھایا آدمی کو جو وہ نہ جانتا
تھا )
پڑھائی نفس کو فرحت دینے والی ھے اور عقل کیلئے غذا ھے ، نفع دینے والے علم کو پڑھـنا چاھئے اور مفید
کتاب کو حاصل کرلینا چاھئے اور مسلمان کیلئے پڑھائی کی بہترین کتاب قرآن کریم ھے :] فَاقْرَءُوا مَا تَيَسَّرَ مِنَ القُرْآنِ[ المزمل :20. ترجمہ / پس
پڑھو جتنا قرآن میں سے آسان ھو ) رسول اکرم r نے
فرمایا جسکا مفھوم ھے کہ (( قرآن کو پڑھ
لیا کرو کیونکہ وہ قیامت کے دن اپنے ساتھیوں کی سفارش کیلئے حاضر ھوگا )) مسلم : 804. قرآن کریم وہ کتاب مسطور یعنی قلم سے لکھی ھوئی کتاب ھے جو
نظر میں آنیوالے کائنات اور آسمان و زمین کے اندر بکھرے ھوئے مخلوقات کے مقاصد کو
سمجھنے کیلئے اتاری ھوئی ھے ، چنانچہ جو شخص قرآن میں جتنا غور و فکر کرتا رھیگا
اتنا ھی وہ آللہ کی نشانیوں کے سمندر میں تیرتا رھیگا اور اسے اپنے خالق کی معرفت
اور انکے وسیع علم و حکمت اور عظمت کیطرف رھنمائی ملیگی :] سَنُرِيهِمْ آيَاتِنَا فِي الآفَاقِ وَفِي أَنفُسِهِمْ حَتَّى
يَتَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُ الحَقُّ[ فصلت : 53. ترجمہ / عنقریب ھم
اپنی نشانیاں انہیں دنیا میں دکھائیں گے اور خود ان کے نفس میں یہاں تک کہ ان پر
واضح ھوجائے گا کہ وھی حق ھے )
رسول اللہ r کی احادیث و سیرت کو پڑھنے سے اور علماء اور مشایخ کے حالات
زندگی سے آگاہ ھونے سے آدمی کو بڑی رھنمائی ملتی ھے کیونکہ ان کے اندر کئی عبرتیں
اور سبق پائے جاتے ھیں جو بہت کتابوں کے پڑھنے سے
آدمی کو نہیں ملتی ھیں ، حضرت بن مبارک رحمہ اللہ سے پوچھا گیا کہ :
اے ابو عبد الرحمن ! اگر آپ باھر نکل جاتے اور ساتھیوں کیساتھـ بیٹھـ جاتے تو اچھا ھوتا ، تو انہوں نے فرمایا
کہ ( میں جب گھر کے اندر ھوتا ھوں تو حضرت
محمد r کے صحابہ کی مجلس میں بیٹھـ
جاتا ھوں ) یعنی کتابوں کا مطالعہ کیا کرتا ھوں
)
پڑھائی علم کی چابی ھے اور اسی سے مختلف
مہارتیں اور معرفتیں حاصل ھوجاتی ھیں اور دین کے احکام سیکھے جاسکتے ھیں اور اس کے
ذریعہ پچھلے لوگوں کے علوم سے اور گزرے
ھوئے لوگوں کی خبروں سے اور آنیوالوں کے انجام سے آگاھی ھوسکتی ھے ، اور کوئی تعجب کی بات نہیں کہ علم آدمی کیلئے
زندگی میں اور موت کے بعد بلند درجے کا سبب ھے :] يَرْفَعِ اللَّهُ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا مِنكُمْ وَالَّذِينَ أُوتُوا
العِلْمَ دَرَجَاتٍ [ المجادلة : 11.
ترجمہ / تم
میں سے اللہ ایمانداروں کے اور ان کے جنہیں علم دیا گیا ھے درجے بلند کرے گا )
قراءت کی قدر اور بڑی شان بتانے کیلئے قرآن کریم نے اصحاب
کھف ( یعنی غار والوں ) کے قصہ میں یہ
وضاحت فرمائی کہ ان کے پاس کتاب ھمیشہ موجود رھتی تھی :]
أَمْ حَسِبْتَ أَنَّ
أَصْحَابَ الكَهْفِ وَالرَّقِيمِ كَانُوا مِنْ آيَاتِنَا عَجَباً [ الكهف : 9. ترجمہ / کیا
تم خیال کرتے ھو کہ غار اور کتبہ والے ھماری نشانیوں میں سے عجیب چیز تھے )
حضرت بن عباس رضی
اللہ عنھما نے فرمایا کہ : رقیم ایک
کتاب ان کے پاس تھی جسمیں شریعت کے احکام
لکھے تھے اور انہوں نے ان پر عملدرآمد کیا تھا ) تفسير ابن عطية 3/518. اس میں مطالعہ کی
اھمیت کیطرف اشارہ ھے کہ مقام و سفر میں کتاب اپنے ساتھـ لینی چاھئے ، اور یہی
پچھلے مسلمانوں کا طریقہ کار تھا انہوں نے امیت کو ختم کرنے کی پوری کوششیں کی
تھیں اور تعلیم یعنی سیکھنے پڑھنے اور لکھنے پر زور دیا تھا ، یہاں تک کہ جب کوئی
شخص اپنے دوست کو سفر سے پہلے وصیت کرنا چاھتا تو یہ کہہ دیتے کہ : پردیسی کی تلخی پر کتاب کے مطالعہ سے مدد لیا
کرو کیونکہ کتابیں بولنے والی زبانیں ھیں اور دیکھنے والی آنکھیں ھیں ) تقييد العلم للخطيب
البغدادي 1/124
خلیل بن احمد رحمہ اللہ جو علم عروض
یعنی شعر کے اوزان کے بانی کہلاتے ھیں اس نے کہا کہ : میں نے جو بھی سنا اسے لکھدیا اور جو بھی لکھا
اسے یاد کرلیا اور جو بھی یاد کیا اس نے مجھے نفع دیا ) چنانچہ وہ بڑے مطالعہ اور
معلومات والے تھے ، ایک عالم نے اپنے ساتھی سے فرمایا :
اللہ تم پر رحم فرمائیں ! جان لیں کہ یہ علم بھاگ جاتا ھے جیساکہ اونٹ
رسی سے نکل کر بھاگ جاتا ھے تب ان کیلئے کتابوں کو محافظ بنائیں اور قلموں کو چرواھے
بنائیں ) تاريخ دمشق 51/410. آپ دیکھئے ! کہ ان بزرگوں کی پڑھائی کے کتنے ثمرات ظاھر
ھوئے کہ ساری دنیا ان کی کتابوں سے فائدہ اٹھاتے رھتے ھیں ، مسلمان کو چاھئے
کہ مختلف علوم و فنون کے کتابوں کو مطالعہ کیا کرے کیونکہ کئی کتابیں دوسری زبانوں
سے عربی میں ترجمہ کیجاچکی ھیں اور وہ ھمارے مکتبوں میں موجود ھیں ، اور آج کل
معرفت کے وسائل بہت آسان ھیں اور علم ابھی کتابوں کے جلدوں اور رسالوں میں محصور
نہیں بلکہ الیکٹرونک طریقے سے اور انٹرنٹ اور میسیج وغیرہ کے ذریعے مطالعہ بہت ھی
آسان اور ھر شخص کیلئے دستیاب ھے ، یہ ایسے وسائل ھیں جو عقل و روح کو غذا مہیا
کرتے ھیں جن سے اوقات اور مسافتیں اور جگہیں مختصر ھوجاتی ھیں ، ھم ایسے زمانہ میں داخل ھوچکے ھیں جسمیں بڑی
تیز ٹیکنالوجی کارفرما ھے اور یہ ایجادات وقت کو صحیح پڑھائی میں صرف کرنے کا ثمرہ
ھے ، لھذا ھر نئے اور مفید علم پڑھنے اور سیکھنے کی کوشش کیا کریں اور اپنے بچوں
کو اسکا شوق دلائیں ،
اللہ
تعالی ھمیں اپنی
اطاعت اور اپنے نبی r کی اطاعت اور
سرپرستوں کی اطاعت نصیب فرمائیں جیسا کہ ارشاد خداوندی:]
يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا
أَطِيعُوا اللَّهَ وَ أَطِيعُوا الرَّسُولَ وَ أُوْلِي الأَمْرِ مِنكُمْ[
النساء 59./ اے ایمان والو ! فرمانبرداری کرو اللہ تعالی کی اور فرمانبرداری
کرو رسول rکی اور تم میں اختیار

مسلمان
بھائیو ! اللہ تعالی سے ڈریں اور یہ جان لیں کہ قومیں پڑھائی اور علم سے ترقی کیا
کرتے ھیں اور جس زندگی میں پڑھائی اور طلب علم نہ ھو اسکی کوئی قیمت نہیں ،
اسی لئے اللہ جل شانہ نے قلم سے قسم کھائی ھے جو پڑھائی اور لکھائی اور علوم کو
نوٹ کرنیکا وسیلہ ھے :] ن وَالْقَلَمِ وَمَا يَسْطُرُونَ [ القلم :1 ترجمہ / قلم کی قسم ھے اور اسکی جو اس سے لکھتے ھیں ) ۔۔۔ اس آیت کریمہ میں کتابت کی بڑی شان کیطرف اشارہ ھے ،
متحدہ عرب امارات نے مدرسوں
اور جامعات اورعلمی مراکز اور کتب خانوں کا
اور سالانہ کتابوں کے بازار قائم ھونیکا بندوبست کیا ھے تو ھر ایک کو چآھئے کہ وہ
کتاب کو اپنا ساتھی بنائے اور علم حاصل کرکے وطن کی خدمت کرے ۔
دعـاء
پروردگار عالم ! خلفائے راشدین سے اور سارے صحابہ اور تابعین سے
اور ھمارے استاذوں سے اور ھمارے ما ں با پ
اور آباء واجداد سے اور ھم سب سے راضی ھو جائیں ، ھم آپ سے ھر وہ خیر چاھتے ھیں جو ابھی موجود ھو
یا آئندہ آنیوالا ھو ، ھمیں معلوم ھو یا
نہ ھو ، اور ھر اس شر سے آپ کی
پناہ چاھتے ھیں جو ابھی موجود ھو یا
آئندہ آنیوالا ھو ھمیں معلوم ھو یا
نہ ھو ، اور ھم آپ سے جنت جاھتے ھیں اور ھر وہ عمل جو ھمیں جنت کی طرف قریب
کردے اور آپ کی پناہ چاھتے ھیں جھنم کی آگ سے اور ھر اس عمل سے جو ھمیں اس کی طرف
قریب کر دے ، ھم آپ سے ھر وہ خیر ما نگتے ھیں جسکو حضرت محـمــد r نے مانگ لیا تھا ، اور ھر اس شر سے آپ
کی پناہ مانگتے ھیں جس سے حضرت محـمــد r نے پناہ مانگ لیا تھا
، اورھمارا خاتمہ سعادت کیساتھـ
فرما ئیں ، اورھمیشہ عافیت کا معاملہ فرما ئیں ، اور ھمارے عیبوں کی اصلاح
فرما ئیں ، پروردگار
! مسلمان مردوں
اور عورتوں کی بخشش فرمائیں ،
اللہ تعالی شیخ زاید اور شیخ مکتوم پر رحم فرمائیں ، اور ان
کے بھائی امارات کے حکمرانوں پر بھی جو آپ
کی طرف منتقل ھو چکے ھیں ، اور انکو بھترین
مقام عطافرمائیں ، ان پر رحمتیں اور برکتیں نازل فرمائیں ،
اللہ تعالی صدر مملکت شیخ خلیفہ بن زاید کو اور ان کے نائب کو آپ کی رضا والے اعمال کی توفیق عطا فرمائیں اور ان کے
بھائی امارات کے حکمرانوں کی اور ان کے قائم مقام کی نصرت فرمائیں ، اور ھمارے اس ملک کو اور سارے مسلمان ملکوں
کو امن و امان کی نعمت سے نوازیں --- آمین
نبی اکرم r کے ارشاد کا مفھوم ھے کہ ( جو شخص میرے اوپر ایک مرتبہ درود بھیجے
اس کے بدلے اللہ تعالی اسپر دس مرتبہ رحمت بھیجتے ھیں اور اللہ جل شانہ نے درود و
سلام کا حکم فرمایا ھے جسکی شروع انہوں نے بذات
خود فرمائی اور فرشتوں نے تعمیل کی ارشاد ھے
سبحان اللہ و بحمد ه و صلى الله و
سلم و بارك على سيد نا محـــمـــد و على آله و صحبه و من تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين عدد خلقه و رضى نفسه و زنة عرشه
و مد اد كلماته دائماً ابد اً .
